Mayor Ditslear welcomed Dr. Marcia Brown of the Community Caring Foundation and City Council President, Terry Busby.


Dr. Brown discussed the Community Caring Foundation (Website) and their upcomming fund raiser: May 6, 2006 from Noon-4PM at Ben and Ari's.


Terry Busby discussed the City's reputation through the world, the corporate campus, the 146th Street project and the recent state approval of the project as well as Downtown Noblesville projects and businesses. Also The Mayor and the President discussed the New City Hall Project, the allocation of funding through the council and the makeup and workings of the City Government. Also discussion regarding bonding, TIFF Districts, and impact fees to address the needs of our City and its residents.
