This Week's Recipe: Fettuccini Alfredo w/ made from scratch alfredo sauce

A great dish, with a flavor and smell that was out of this world in the Monks Media Studios!
Pasta Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds all-purpose flour
7 whole eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
Mix all ingredients into a stiff dough, roll out to 1/16 inch or less
and cut into 1/4 inch wide strips. An Atlas pasta machine makes this
much easier.
Boil the pasta in lightly salted water.
Alfredo Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter
7 whole eggs
1 cup cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan sheese
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper
Melt butter in saute pan, add cream and boil until reduced by one
quarter. Add cheeses, salt and pepper and cooked pasta. Toss until
pasta is well coated and serve immediately.
