This Week's Recipe: Chicken Marsala

A great dish, with a flavor and smell that was out of this world in the Monks Media Studios!
-Marsala wine from Sicily
-Flour to bread chicken
-Salt to taste
Flatten the chicken breast with a meat mallet, other heavy flat object or even the heel of your hand.
Put the wet chicken in flour and coat completely. Shake off excess.
Place the chicken in a hot sautee' pan wlth 3 tablespoons of olive oil, sal
t and pepper
Brown the chicken on both sides and add the garlic and mushrooms
Add 1 cup of Marsala wine
Cook until the wine is reduced and add some cream and butter
Continue cooking until sauce is desired thickness
Place Chicken on plate and pour sauce over chicken and Buon Appetito!
