-1/4 TBSP GROUND BLACK PEPPER
-1 TSP PAPRIKA
-1/4 CUP WHITE WINE
-SAUSAGE CASINGS
GRIND THE PORK OR HAVE IT GROUND AT THE BUTCHER
COMBINE THE DRY SPICES AND MIX THOROUGHLY
FOLD THE DRY SPICE MIX INTO THE PORK USING A MIXER WITH A DOUGH HOOK
ON A SLOW SPEED, ADD WHITE WINE AND MIX JUST UNTIL EVENLY BLENDED.
STUFF THE SAUSAGE INTO CASINGS USING A MEAT GRINDER WITH A SAUSAGE
HORN OR USE UNSTUFFED AS BULK SAUSAGE.
