-1/4 CUP WHITE WINE
-SAUSAGE CASINGS

GRIND THE PORK OR HAVE IT GROUND AT THE BUTCHER Bon Apetit

COMBINE THE DRY SPICES AND MIX THOROUGHLY
FOLD THE DRY SPICE MIX INTO THE PORK USING A MIXER WITH A DOUGH HOOK ON A SLOW SPEED, ADD WHITE WINE AND MIX JUST UNTIL EVENLY BLENDED. Bon Apetit
