SAUTE THE ONION AND MUSHROOMS IN BUTTER

ADD THE WHITE WINE, DEGLAZE THE PAN AND REDUCE

ADD THE CREAM AND PEPPER AND BOIL TO DESIRED THICKNESS

ADD HAM, PARMESAN, MOZZARELLA AND TORTELLINI
