This Week's Recipe: PENNE BOSCAIOLA

Delicious Penne Dish as prepared by Chef Matteo, Matteo's Ristorante Italiano
, Noblesville, Indiana.
Ingredients:

-1 TBSP OLIVE OIL
-1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
-1 CUP CHOPPED PORTABELLA MUSHROOMS
-1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
-8 OUNCES COOKED PENNE PASTA
-1 TBSP BUTTER
-1/2 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
-1/2 CUP CREAM
-TORN FRESH BASIL LEAVES

PUT THE OIL IN A HEATED SAUTE PAN AND ADD THE ONIONS
ADD THE MUSHROOMS AND THEN THE WHITE WINE

REDUCE THE WINE


ADD THE PASTA, BUTTER, CREAM AND CHEESE

TOSS TOGETHER IN THE PAN UNTIL MIXED, MELTED AND HEATED

PLACE ON A PLATE AND GARNISH WITH BASIL LEAVES
SERVE AND ENJOY, BUON APPETITO!
