This Week's Recipe: PENNE BOSCAIOLA

Delicious Penne Dish as prepared by Chef Matteo, Matteo's Ristorante Italiano , Noblesville, Indiana.

Ingredients:
Bon Apetit


-1 TBSP OLIVE OIL
-1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
-1 CUP CHOPPED PORTABELLA MUSHROOMS
-1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
-8 OUNCES COOKED PENNE PASTA
-1 TBSP BUTTER
-1/2 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
-1/2 CUP CREAM
-TORN FRESH BASIL LEAVES

Bon Apetit

PUT THE OIL IN A HEATED SAUTE PAN AND ADD THE ONIONS ADD THE MUSHROOMS AND THEN THE WHITE WINE Bon Apetit

REDUCE THE WINE Bon Apetit

Bon Apetit

ADD THE PASTA, BUTTER, CREAM AND CHEESE Bon Apetit

TOSS TOGETHER IN THE PAN UNTIL MIXED, MELTED AND HEATED Bon Apetit

PLACE ON A PLATE AND GARNISH WITH BASIL LEAVES
